ARENALES ROCK CLIMBING COURSE

This incredible place is located about 2,500 mts above sea level in Cordón del Portillo. From here there are amazing views of Valle Manantiales. Arenales is one of the most popular locations for climbers due to the quality of the granite rock spires that reach up to 500 mts high. The area has a great variety of climbing options including alpine climbing, multipitch sport climbing and bouldering.

From 40 International Road (Tunuyán) situated 70 km to the South of Mendoza City. From there take the route to Manzano Histórico (40km) Then, travel straight ahead for 3 km up to ‘Samay Huasy Hotel’ and from there drive a further 10km until you reach Refugio Portinari.
